Lewis Moorland Organic Smoked Salmon
Hung for days in the last of the old Stornoway kilns and redolent with the aroma of Lewis Moorland in Summer. Aromas of peat, heather and other ingredients give an exquisite flavour. Also available in sliced packs.
Stornoway Double Smoked Salmon
Prime salmon from the waters of The Minch. Salted then smoked twice to our secret recipe in the old Stornoway kiln for a more intense yet nuanced flavour. Old fashioned and unique! Also available in sliced packs.
Stornoway Roast Smoked Salmon
Lightly salted, smoked then roasted to their succulent best. Ideal for a buffet or the perfect sandwich. Available in sides or quarter packs.
Gravadlax
We use this Norwegian recipe for curing salmon, using salt, sugar, black pepper and lots of fresh dill. A refreshing alternative to smoked salmon. Available in sides or sliced packs.
Stornoway Kippers
Famous for 150 years - These are split, salted and smoked hanging from tender hooks as tradition demands (Not on their backs). Excess moisture and oil drains on the kippers allowing the oak and beech smoke to permeate the herring, flavouring and adding colour naturally. The result is mouth watering and exceptional. Available in pairs or boxes (12 pairs per box)
Stornoway Smoked Mackerel
Large oak smoked mackerel fillets. Delicious!
Stornoway Smoked Scallops
We have elevated the smoking of scallops to an art form. The scallops are hand dived and smoked raw and are best served on a hot skillet. Memorable.
